Holidu review (host) — Score 5.5/10 (downgraded after the Cybevasion acquisition in 2025). 15-25% commission, secondary channel only.
How These Reviews Are Built
Each review follows the same protocol: full account access for at least 30 days, sync test of Airbnb + Booking + Vrbo with 10+ test bookings, customer support test with at least 2 tickets (one easy, one tricky), automation and direct booking engine test, pricing benchmark across 5 and 20 properties. Real numbers come from real invoices, not marketing pages.
Verdicts are never influenced by affiliate partnerships. When an affiliate tool disappoints, it’s flagged. The site’s business model is affiliate marketing — credibility is the main value, which makes honesty a non-negotiable rule.
Reviews: Which to Read First by Host Profile
Independent host 1-5 units: start with Lodgify, Superhote, Smoobu or Amenitiz.
Host 5-15 units in growth mode: Lodgify Ultimate, Hostaway, Hospitable.
Property manager 15-50 units: Hostaway is the sweet spot. Also see Guesty For Hosts and Hospitable.
Property manager 50+ units: Guesty Pro or Hostaway negotiated.
B&B / small hotel: Amenitiz, Elloha, Octorate, Superhote.
Campground / mixed structure: Elloha (the only one really good at campgrounds).
