Goal: make sure you know what you’ll really pay before you sign. The gap between marketing prices and real TCO can easily double depending on activated modules. This transparency lets you arbitrate correctly between tools.

Lodgify pricing — Public pricing: Starter $13/month, Pro $35, Ultimate $49/month + per-unit discounts. Transparent and predictable.
Guesty pricing — For Hosts $36/unit/month (1-4 units), Pro on quote (2.5-4% of GMV, $1,650+/month minimum).
Guesty For Hosts pricing — Small host edition 1-4 units. Self-serve, $36/unit/month annual.
Guesty Pro pricing — Enterprise edition 20+ units. Percentage of GMV plus enterprise modules.

How to Read and Compare These Pricings
Three numbers really matter for each tool: the base price (often highlighted), the hidden fees (setup, payment modules, dynamic pricing), and the total TCO across 12 months. The gap between base price and TCO can exceed 3x once Stripe, PriceLabs, smart locks and accounting are factored in.
Negotiation tip: all quote-based tools (Hostaway, Guesty Pro, Elloha) have 10-25% negotiable margin. Quarter-end (March, June, September, December) = best timing. Putting two competitors against each other unlocks an easy 15% discount.
